Dr. Kristen DuVal
I love to learn and became fascinated by the intricacies of day-to-day operations of the body throughout my studies. Combining this with my long-held love of animals made veterinary medicine the perfect choice for my career. Making a difference in my patients’ lives through preventative medicine and helping them recover from illness and injuries are just a few of the best perks of this field. I thoroughly enjoy building relationships with my clients, and I strive to provide the utmost compassion and empathy when assisting owners through difficult situations. As an owner of my own personal mini zoo, I understand how stressful it can be when a pet isn’t feeling well and how exciting it is when they feel better. My goal is to help owners have the best relationship with their furry friends through understanding and knowledge.
I graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, having completed my undergraduate coursework in biology and psychology at Xavier University. I have lived in the Greater Cincinnati area most of my life and I love all that this area has to offer! When I am not at work I can be found running, trying out new recipes with my husband, hanging around the stable with my horse or reading a great book with my dogs and cats.

She was born and raised in Cincinnati. She loves outdoor yoga, piano, traveling, snuggling her kitties, and hiking new terrain with her dog, Lorraine. She's always been fascinated by psychology in both humans and animals. She has truly loved animals her entire life, and she has always dreamed of having the opportunity to give back to them for everything they provide us with on a daily basis.
I was born and raised here in Cincinnati. I have 3 handsome sons, and 5 grandchildren that I love dearly. I have always been an animal lover, if there was a stray dog or cat out side i would bring it home. That really hasn't changed in all these years. I decided when covid hit to make a career change and I couldn't be happier. I enjoy people, especially people with pets and just want to help all the fur babies stay healthy. I enjoy the dog park with my girl Suri and just hanging out with my family. I am truly blessed.
