Dr. Mike Cohen graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.  He has been practicing veterinary medicine in Ohio for the last 18 years, most recently at another AAHA accredited hosptial in Cincinnati. His interests are in surgery, internal medicine, and preventive healthcare for pets.  He is expanding his knowledge base by emphasizing laproscopic procedures in small animals in his continuing education choices. Dr. Cohen is a past president of the Miami Valley Veterinary Medical Association and served on its board from 2001 to 2004. 

He belongs to Beth Israel Congregation in Hamilton Ohio. He is active in his symagogue and is currently President of Beth Isreal. He enjoys rollerblading, bicycling, gardening, going to the gym and playing his drums.

Dr. Cohen's  and his four legged family members cats Sully, Humvee, and Sassy; his turtle Brutus, and a rescued Great Dane named Duke have recently welcomed Toby, a rescued St. Bernard.
