Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, we request that all dogs be on a leash and properly controlled while in the reception area or exam rooms. 

Please keep cats in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash when bringing them to our hospital.
